How Does The Community View Midlothian ISD?

In April 2009, Midlothian ISD parents and community members were encouraged to complete an anonymous online survey to express their perceptions and input regarding MISD. Their feedback is important to MISD and the School Board as they continue to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and focus on what is best for students. The survey questions and responses (525 total) are as follows:

 

Do you currently have a child(ren) attending Midlothian ISD schools? 

      Yes: 85%     No: 15%

 

If yes, how long has one of your children attended MISD schools?

      >1 year: 8%  1-3 years: 21%  4+ years: 71%

 

If no, has your child(ren) attended our schools within the past five years?

      Yes: 59%     No: 41%

 

MISD nurtures the confidence in students for them to be successful in life.

MISD develops the character traits necessary for students to be successful in life.
