MISD goes on Summer Break
Starting June 9th, the L.A. Mills Administration Building will change its working hours to 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday. The summer hours will be in effect until August 7th. Regular school hours will return on August 11th (8am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 8am-4pm.).

Public Hearing to Discuss Public School Child Care
Monday, July 21, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.

Public discussion will be held in the boardroom of LA Mills Administration Building, 100 Walter Stephenson Road, Midlothian, Texas 76065 prior to the following regularly scheduled School Board meeting.

MISD Athletic Program Earns Top Ranking
2007-2008 15-4A District Cup

The Midlothian Athletic Program turned in another strong performance in 2007-2008. It moved from 9th in DFW to the 5th strongest Athletic Program in the Metroplex. This is the second year in a row that the Panther Program has won its district 15-4A in total points for all programs. Read more at hsgametime.com/dfw or view the district-by-district standings.

New Attendance Zones for 2008-2009
As Midlothian ISD prepares for the 2008-2009 school year, necessary attendance zone changes have occurred with the opening of the new LaRue Miller Elementary School located on Sudith Lane. There are also minor changes made to the middle school attendance zones.
